Colten has been a part of the Victoria fitness industry for over 10 years. With a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Victoria, he strives to use his knowledge and experience to help others achieve their health related goals. He found his passion for health and wellness in 2010, since then, he has made it his goal to stay fit, along with helping others through personal training and sports rehabilitation.
Colten holds personal well being, health and living an active injury free life above all else. During his spare time you can find Colten practicing what he preaches with a healthy lifestyle of staying active, whether it be in the outdoors, in the gym, or in the kitchen through nutrition.
Whether it be through personal training, improving mobility, overcoming muscle weaknesses, improving flexibility and posture, or helping with injury pre-hab or rehabilitation, Colten's experience in the field will not only provide improvement, but help you achieve your health goals and a more active & fit lifestyle that you deserve.
