MotionFit Exercise Therapy: Unlock Your Body's Potential

Achieving top performance, preventing injuries, reducing pain, and accelerating recovery all start with one foundational step: the ability to move correctly.

Through MotionFit, we believe that optimal movement is the key to lasting fitness, health, and peak performance. No matter your strength, work ethic, or talent, poor biomechanics & movement abilities can hold you back, lead to preventable injuries, cause unnecessary pain, and slow your recovery.

Fusionetics: Precision Movement Assessment and Correction:

MotionFit’s Exercise Therapy program leverages Fusionetics, an advanced, evidence-based movement system created by experts in movement science and sports medicine. Unlike typical fitness apps, Fusionetics integrates cutting-edge data analytics, artificial intelligence, and 2D motion capture technology to deliver a highly accurate, personalized assessment and recovery plan. It is the latest in biomechanical science to help prevent injuries, accelerate recovery and improve your movement efficiency.

 Key Features of Fusionetics:

  •  Accurate 2D Motion Capture & Machine Learning: Captures and analyzes millions of data points from your movement, creating a detailed Body MAP and Movement Efficiency (ME) score in just minutes.
  • Personalized, Evidence-Based Program: Provides you with a customized performance plan, including exercises, stretches, and therapies designed to correct movement imbalances, reduce pain, and prevent injuries.
  • Accessible, Anytime, Anywhere: Your program is securely stored in the cloud, accessible on any device, with guided instructions and video demonstrations.

How it Works: Body MAP and ME Score

Using 2D motion capture technology and machine learning, Fusionetics’ Body MAP generates a highly accurate Movement Efficiency (ME) score by assessing millions of data points as you perform a standard series of movements. Within minutes, this assessment delivers a comprehensive, individualized report that highlights areas of improvement and provides insights into movement limitations, pain sources, and potential injury risks. This science-backed analysis is the same technology used by over 500 professional and collegiate teams to improve athletic performance and reduce injury risk. Fusionetics not only highlights areas for improvement but also provides a roadmap for correcting them.
